How Can I 

Return or Exchange a Product

You have 14 consecutive days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

Send the item back to us, and once we confirm it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund as a gift card valid for 2 years.

Important Information About Returns

As stated on our website, we do not provide return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse, so we recommend keeping proof of shipment.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that do not arrive. The item must be in perfect condition; otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.

Please include a note inside the package with the following details:

  • “Refund”

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

When Will I Receive My New Product or Refund as a gift card?

We will ship your new product or issue your gift card once we receive the original item.

ONLINE EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

According to Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, customers have 14 consecutive days to request an exchange or return after receiving their order.

Valid reasons for exchange or return within this period include:

  • The item is too big

  • The item is too small

  • I do not like the product

  • I changed my mind

  • The item is not as expected

  • I received the wrong item

 

If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us as soon as possible at geral.btuck@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges made through our online store (www.btuckbeachwear.com) are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

The exchange will only be processed once we receive the item at our facility and it passes our quality control. Our team will respond within two working days after receiving the item.

Once the item passes quality control, we will contact you by email to confirm whether your chosen replacement is available.

If the new item is more expensive, we will issue a coupon code with the value of your original purchase so you can complete a new order and apply the credit.

If the selected item is out of stock, you may choose another available item or opt for a gift card valid for 2 years.

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Full-priced items are eligible for exchanges or refunds as a gift card.

  • Sale items are only eligible for exchanges.

  • Final Sale items (discounted over 30%) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

 

If a refund exceeds the amount originally paid, the remaining balance will be issued as a gift card.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We are sorry if you received a faulty item. Please contact our team with photos and your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Faulty or defective items are covered by a 3-month warranty and may be replaced within 6 months of the delivery date. We do not accept claims outside this period. Please note that this does not cover normal wear and tear.

LOST ITEMS

Items purchased from our online store must be returned via a carrier/courier, and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost or not delivered by the shipping provider.
